1. Purpose 

The purpose of this Values & Ethics Policy is to define the ethical standards, principles, and values that guide the conduct and decision-making of the organization, its board members, employees, volunteers, and partners. 

This policy ensures that the organization operates with integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect, and maintains the trust of beneficiaries, donors, partners, and the community.

Fraud, bribery, or corruption 

4.2 Conflict of Interest 

Individuals must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the organization. 

Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to the governing body or management immediately

4.3 Use of Organizational Resources 

Organizational funds, property, and resources must be used only for legitimate organizational purposes

Misuse, theft, or personal use of resources is strictly prohibited.
